Understanding the benefit of owning their own medical office facility as opposed to paying rent to a hospital, the lead physicians of Heartland Primary Care led a group of physicians in a partnership to construct their own new facility.
The group, West Med LLC, needed a construction firm that offered more than a "partnership." To achieve its goals, West Med selected the Miller-Stauch Turnkey Project Development program. Miller-Stauch developed the Turnkey program for those who just need a project developer, not a partner in real estate.
Miller-Stauch coordinated all aspects of the project including construction and long-term financing. With Miller-Stauch's expertise the project was developed on time and under budget. An increase in patients resulted from improved patient flow, services offered and medical resources previously unavailable in the doctors' office. The doctors all agree this project was a wise investment for West Med LLC.
