Understanding the benefit of owning their own medical office facility as opposed to paying rent to a hospital, the lead physicians of Heartland Primary Care led a group of physicians in a partnership to construct their own new facility.

The group, West Med LLC, needed a construction firm that offered more than a "partnership." To achieve its goals, West Med selected the Miller-Stauch Turnkey Project Development program. Miller-Stauch developed the Turnkey program for those who just need a project developer, not a partner in real estate.

Miller-Stauch coordinated all aspects of the project including construction and long-term financing. With Miller-Stauch's expertise the project was developed on time and under budget. An increase in patients resulted from improved patient flow, services offered and medical resources previously unavailable in the doctors' office.
