Community America Credit Union

New three-story, 105,000 sq. ft. corporate headquarters facility

Beginning in 1998, the Miller-Stauch-led project development team began planning for the eventual consolidation of two Community America Credit Union (CACU) office locations into one large, centrally located corporate facility. CACU is a member-owned financial institution. CACU's development team comprised all required professional services, including real estate, site selection, architecture/engineering and construction.

Miller-Stauch created a Class A office building incorporating a high level of employee amenities and "green" features for the company. CACU's new headquarters has enough expansion room to handle CACU's future corporate needs.
