After fire destroyed the original structure, the city of Gladstone asked its project architect to request bids from selected construction firms to build the new open-air theater. Gladstone needed a partner who provided competitive pricing and impressive project delivery. The city chose Miller-Stauch from a select list of firms to rebuild the city's Amphitheater.

Miller-Stauch collaborated with the city to define success and delivered a high-quality building enjoyed by citizens every year. The Amphitheater host a variety of events, including Theatre in the Park.
